I love my 100 page book and love how beautiful it is

I love my 100 page book and loved the ease in making it. The only issue I had was that part of each page is not visible because it is in the seam between the pages. I don't recall there being any indication when putting images on the pages about how close to the seam to put my images. There should be a guide to show you what is going to be outside of what is visible. If I missed it, that is my bad.

I’m absolutely appalled at the customer…

I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service. I ordered a month ago two blankets which I have never received. I have only ever been able to converse with AI Hannah which keeps stating a ticket has been raised and I will receive an email in 48hours. I never receive an email. I absolutely would urge you to steer clear of this company. My mother now won’t have her blanket for Mother’s Day and I’m out off pocket. Next step is claim my money back through the bank.

I regret doing business with this…

I regret doing business with this company. The canvases are poor quality, blurry and came damaged. I have been trying to get these issues resolved for over two months. Worst customer service and products. Beware!!!

3 ordered books from this company have fallen apart

I ordered 3 books from this company, and all three books have fallen apart after opening twice. Pages are falling out. I have been contacting the company for 3 weeks now, submitting numerous tickets with no response. Horrible customer service. I hope they respond since they claim 100% guarantee and money back.

Love these photo books

Love these photo books! their online design tool is easy to use and straight forward. The colors printed in the books and on the cover are perfect, even without the extra 6 color print option. My only slight irritation is that many of the "stickers" and such are not in English! It is not a major concern, however. Delivery is not rapid, but not too bad. Have made dozens of these over the years, I will continue to in the future.

Big mistake to order from printerpix

I usually get my Photo books from mixbook
great quality and service
I saw printepix had a sale and I bought vouchers for four books
I didn’t know I have to pay delivery separately for each one
So it came out pricey, and I was overcharged for nine pages in each book
I contacted customer service few times, but it’s horrible. they created Service tickets and they did not proceed further
I asked refund for extra pages and still don’t have answers
It’s no way to contact them
Big mistake to order from Printerpix

Lack of customer Services and support

I ordered 2 Sherpa blankets but was sent the wrong product. I was sent plush fleece. I’ve reached out numerous times for over a month but have yet to get any response. There’s no phone number to call to talk to someone. If you email, you get a standard response to go through the order claim process which I did but still no response. I just simply wanted to be provided with the product I ordered. I’m very frustrated and disappointed

Unless

Unless they won’t reply to me at all . A child would not have printed what they printed.
Customer service well what’s that they just will not reply £16 wasted .

Amateurs

Not surprised to see a low 3 star rating on here

Very poor communication which is very amateurish at best

Booked based on delivery options and paid extra for those delivery options and then delivery details changed by the time I received confirmation of order

No option to immediately cancel then when contacted was informed to go on the dashboard then dashboard didn’t have my order

When asked them for full refund they told me I could get a refund for the delivery charges and not the the product which was not needed now due to the delivery date

I challenged the refund offer to be told they would pay me full but their finance department would then cancel so they can’t

Very amateurish in everything they do

I assume a small company with no expertise in what they are doing and no skill base in dealing with customers

I can’t see them succeeding
