Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, paid for two prints, received 1, I never got the original print I ordered 90x60cm.
They keep telling me I never ordered it, asked me to sign a disclaimer and they would send a replacement, I agreed and they sent the other print which I already had. They are still telling me I never placed the order. Yet two payments taken from my PayPal account..

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

Only been waiting since November for a refund, I sent a ticket at the time for someone to get back to me as my order had been delivered, when it was absolutely throwing it down with rain whilst I was at work for 8 hours, let’s just say the ‘paper’ calendar was no more. I sent pictures of this at the time and discarded of the calendar, because why would I keep it, it was sodden. Well lo and behold, 6th February comes around and Printerpix want a picture of it 🤣 absolute joke of a company, never responds to emails, this must be the 10th time I have tried to contact and I spent nearly £50!! Scammers DO NOT BUY!!!!

It takes an hour to respond via trustpilot, why didn’t I contact on here in the first place. How’s about, joey, you email me and give me my money back!!

So difficult to get help!

The product itself was okay - not amazing. I was charged $47 for express shipping specifically to have it arrive by a certain day, which I was okay with paying. It arrived 2-3 days after the guaranteed date. It took about two weeks to finally get in contact with somebody for a refund, and then they only gave me $27 after initial offers of $10 and $20. When I finally got through to somebody via the chat feature, I was promised my partial refund. Really not worth the hassle and I would recommend going with any other company instead. They make it so difficult to get in contact with anybody and then aren't able to help much anyway.

I paid $33 for expedited shipping

I paid $33 for expedited shipping, cuz it was a Birthday gift, it’s been a week, and still have not received my package my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow. I will never use Printer pix again, and I will let everybody I know not to use printer pix.
Pretty shitty company to do business with!!!

Would NOT recommend

I ordered a blanket with 12 custom pictures on it. At the top of the blanket there is no border as with the rest of the blanket and it's cut very crooked and goes into the top of the pictures. I notified them 3 times and sent pictures 3 times and I get the same response which is to make a claim and provide pictures which I did THREE TIMES!! If it weren't for the lousy/no customer service I would have ordered again.

Non existent support

Customer service is shocking. Actually, it’s non existent. None of the Links for help Work and an email Sometimes Raises a ticket but then nothing further happens . Time is now running out to complete the photo books I bought vouchers for because they have not responded to my requests for help. I have asked for a refund for these and for the 3 photo blankets which came very quickly but are a Total disappointment. I have requested a refund for these you. I must add I have only given them the 2 stars because the calendars I ordered came extremely quickly without any problems. I really don’t know what else to do but I would never use them again.

I already sent a bad review and ur not responding to me.
Your blanket throw is cheaply made.
I paid more to get higher quality printing.
The image is completely blown up at if proportion, The colors are OFF!
I also paid for extra shipping just to receive it.
It’s going in the garbage.

Only giving one star as cannot put 0. Customer service is atrocious, do not use. I haven't even received the products I have spent £100 on to say if they are worth ordering. But I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered a family photo

Update: PrinterPix responded to my review asking to get in touch with their customer services for help - I did, referencing this interaction - they have ignored my email, which leads me to think there's no connection between the replies in TrustPilot and helping customers get resolutions...

I ordered a family photo, mounted and framed, to an A5 size four times - I used Printerpix’ own photo editor and visualiser to check it looked good - but the photo arrived arrived stretched. I can even see the photo is different to what’s in my email confirmation picture.

Printerpix refuse to refund me and say their T&Cs say it’s on me…

Unacceptable product! I have ordered many Canvas print orders…

I have ordered many Canvas print orders in the past & they are Wonderful. I have also ordered soft throws which have always been top notch!!
What is this throw you made? It is awful in every way possible!!
The image of my beloved dog is Gigantic!!
I paid extra for a more realistic pic with extra ink dye. The colors were too dark and not realistic. On top of all this disappointment, the throw blanket is cheaply made, thin material, not plush at all as advertised.
As I said , Canvas Prints made superb pics & soft lovely blankets. I thought you were the same Company?!
I bought this through Groupon.
Big Mistake!!
I am asking for a full refund including all the extra shipping charges!
This is disgraceful!

Beautiful blanket, high quality print and feel

I received my blanket super fast, and was very impressed with both the print quality as well as the quality of the blanket material itself. I considered multiple vendors for this order, because it was for a Valentine's gift so I could not risk it being subpar. Printerpix had the option to upgrade the print type for more vivid colors, and their blankets got good reviews. The recipient was extremely delighted, and I would definitely order from them again!

Criminal

Before Christmas I received 1 of 5 items ordered in a package, I complained and with christmas not too far away I requested a refund. They agreed to pay the refund but it never came. I complained again and they agreed to pay but it never came. The worst bit is that after they agreed the refund, I received a note from royal mail requesting payment for a package that they had with insufficient postage... not knowing what it was, I paid for it and the other 4 items where within but all damaged.
Do not use!

APPALLING

If I could give this company 0 I would . I received the order faulty , they replaced it with another faulty product. Since December I have been trying to resolve the issue . However the complaints procedure is so bad. It jerks you in a loop of setting up tickets that give AI responses . If anyone actually knows how to speak to anyone … I’d be grateful ! It says request call back …. No it says put through to a call …. No … contact this email …. No .. this email is a non responding email …. Set up a ticket 😡🤦‍♀️ it was a present for my 91 year old mom , I’m so disgusted . Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY …. So upsetting
