Overall it needs to be said that for the many print projects we've done (which have not been time sensitive) I have never had an issue with delivery, and overall support has been very good to exceptional.

There was an issue with UPS on a next-day delivery of time sensitive print material. Initally, a PrintingCenterUSA support agent tried to pass the buck despite being the shipper, and the individual was less than professional. But eventually someone from there reached out who helped ensure the delivery wasn't lost and that it would only be one day late.

Ordering calendars from PrintingCenter USA is a very good experience. From their templates to create a calendar to the ordering process; all is logical and well laid out. And the finished product is a very high quality calendar.

The customer service is amazing! When it looked like our programs weren't going to arrive on time for our performances, they made magic happen and had them there by the morning of our Friday performance.

Quality control on the cutting of their products needs to be better enforced. Ordered 500 calendars, and my first six months are slanted.

Good response from these printers -- first from online chat person, and then quick and personal response from live and helpful human being via phone after hours. I really appreciated the ease of their site, the templates, and their down-to-earth help. Very pleased with the product for our church booklets.

Just wanted to commend them for a well done job on the prints requested and the turn around time. I like the fact that they call you to give you a heads up regarding the proof so you can approve or reject in a timely manner and stay within the timeline of the order and the shipping.

Great service at a great price! Cheryl, the Key Account Manager, was on top of everything and kept me informed about any possible issues. It was a very smooth transaction and they managed to get a large order shipped earlier than I expected.
