About PrintNinja
Written by the company
Since launching in 2009, PrintNinja has printed over 18 million books, comic books, children’s books, games, magazines, and catalogs for thousands of independent creators, publishers, and businesses.
PrintNinja was established to help creators and businesses take advantage of the low pricing available through international offset printing while eliminating all of the risks and difficulties that international printing entails.
Here’s how we do it:
Our American Office:We eliminate the language barrier by having full-time customer service and pre-press departments run from our Chicago office. We’re here to answer all of your questions, and to make sure everything about your order comes out exactly the way you intend it to. We also help you make sure your files are set up exactly right to prevent any surprises.
Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.
Our Size:This is the secret sauce that makes it all work: We do a LOT of printing. Remember those millions of books we've printed?
We have the experience:
We’ve seen it all, we know the numerous pitfalls and how to avoid them.
We can get great shipping prices:
We have containers going from China to the US every week, keeping shipping costs low even for small orders.
Most importantly, we have leverage:
With PrintNinja, someone doing their first run of 500 comic books has the same leverage as a huge publishing company. If something is printed incorrectly, we catch it before it even leaves the factory and we force a reprint.
It’s what we do every day here at PrintNinja, and we look forward to helping you save time and money on your next print project.

Unrivaled Print Quality
Once again I’m very impressed with the exceptional work and streamlined process of printing my own comic book with Print Ninja.
Laura was excellent in assisting me with the initial stages of the ordering process. She was very knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had any questions.
Sam was very helpful and meticulous with the pre-press/proof stage (Jen was also very thorough and precise with the pre-press/proof stage when I previously printed my mini comic). I really appreciate the attention to detail and professional quality of the finished product. I can’t wait to print my next comic book with Print Ninja!

Do not purchase or support this…
Do not purchase or support this company, they're far more expensive and offer less quality, and have the worst customer service. If one person is saved from this, then good.

Good Afternoon Giancarlo,
Trustpilot reached out to confirm your experience, and we did not hear back via their platform. We would love the opportunity to confirm that your experience was with us. We have, unfortunately, seen some accidental reviews for a different business with a similar name. If you would like to discuss things further, we encourage you to reach out to customerservice@printninja.com.
Thank you!

Best price and quality I could find
I received the help I needed to get the best quality book for the best price I could find. It took a little longer than I would have liked but that wasn't very important in my case.

We are happy to hear your first time partnering with us Domestically was a success! You can count on us for cost efficiency. With approval on 10/6 and delivery on 10/21 that does fall right in line with the approx. 2-week turnaround time for saddle-stitch projects we list on our website (approx. 1-week production + approx. 1-week standard shipping time). Just something to keep in mind for future orders! Please don't hesitate to reach out to Maggie when the time comes for a new project. We have some great return customer incentives!

For a company with "Ninja" in their name, they sure are slow!
I disliked how slow the process was to get my initial proof and also how slow my assigned agent was to respond. The prepress instructions were also NOT clear on the website or FAQ and I hope they fix it because it slowed down production significantly. I have 15+ years in the print industry, so I know how to do pre-press and if they'd put the correct way to paginate on the pre-press instructions I would have had my order in time. The finished products, while beautiful, did not arrive in time for my event so now they're just collecting dust until next year.

Print Ninja is always a joy to work with.
From the design and file submission phase all the way through the delivery, they are professional and helpful. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion, and the guides for file prep on their site are extremely detailed and helpful.
The books arrived safely, packed thoroughly to prevent any damage. Print Ninja's packing is hands-down the best I've ever seen from a printer.
To top it all off, my books turned out GORGEOUS. Better than I could have hoped. They had a combination of cover coatings, spot UV, and even painted edges. I was blown away by how well all these add-ons turned out.
I highly recommend using Print Ninja to anyone printing comics and graphic novels.
