What a cruel joke

What a cruel joke! Placed a small order (business pack) on 16 July 2024, paid in full on the day of ordering, received the ‘proofs’, 2 emails were sent to confirm shipping and delivery but no response, now December 12, 2024! 5 MONTHS LATER!!
Still haven’t received my order!

I will be looking into ACCC & NSW Fair Trading. Don’t know what else to do!

My only regret,I didn’t check any of the independent reviews before making a purchase!

Scam!! Ordered 4 month ago.
Still waiting for something that should take a week tops.
Terrible company.
Their excuse is that they are under new management.
They blocked me on Facebook after leaving a bad review.

Scam Company

Scam Company, placed order paid in full 1.5 months down the line , still received nothing.

They have deleted my printofy account. Blocked me on Facebook for leaving a review. Had a lovely email stating " it's not my place to leave a negative review they decide what reviews are allowed implied I'm insignificant and they don't need my business.

Very rude.

Don't need my business yet don't offer me a refund basically stole my money.....

Stay clear

If I could give no stars I would. Complete SCAM. They'll take your money and you will never receive the product. Currently disputing the purchase through my bank. Not hopeful I'll get the money back. Hoping all these reviews save others from purchasing through this scam.

Stole my money!

Order a small business pack, hoodies - shirts - hats off a sponsored ad on social media. I paid for it in full, received the proofs after having to email them multiple times.
Told I would receive the package by a certain date, and never received. Now they won’t answer any emails and I have been blocked on Facebook. They are a scam and steal your money. DO NOT USE!!
I have contacted ACCC.

have to agree with everyone else, don't waste your money on them.

Ordered shirts 2 months ago, never arrived and no one answers emails or messages. Can only assume at this point it's a scam. Ordered 10 shirts to start with, I was tempted to order more, thankful I didn't. AVOID!!

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Do not recommend purchasing from them. I made a purchase 3 months ago and have only received half of the order a few days ago. I have sent many emails and they hardly ever respond and when they do they don't answer the questions being asked ie where is my product?. I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

I purchased 100 premium shirts in all sizes from Xs to 5xl. 10 Tshirts did not arrive in size 4xl. The company is being difficult and will not correct the mistake. Continually get excuses.
Do not use this company... purchase elsewhere or not at all.
ACCC and Fair Trading NSW now involved. Letter of demand sent from the Fair Trading NSW platform.

Horrible customer service

Placed an order for a printed jumper and two t-shirts. A small order to begin with as i wanted to check quality and fit. Waited a week before trying to make contact regarding a proof for my order and heard nothing back, after multiple ignored emails and almost 2 months i tried Facebook messenger where i was told i was important and it had been escalated. Another week goes by and i simply requested a refund at which point i was blocked on messenger so i went to leave a negative review which was immediately deleted. After sending an email notifying i have requested a charge back from my bank i finally got an email telling me that my order wasn't big enough to warrant communication and that they will focus on the big orders. They have also now cancelled my order but wont issue a refund.
