Bracknell Print Room have again excelled themselves in the production of our Bowling Club Fixture Cards. Close involvement and attention from all areas including Admin./Mngt./Printer gave us the best product we have ever achieved at a very reasonable cost. All managed on time and even with guidance on how to improve further in the future.

I initially contacted theprintroom.co.uk for a quote for a run of 100 data sheets, to get an idea of pricing so that I could add costs to my marketing calendar. After not hearing from them at all, I got an email approximately ten days later from the director, asking how my experience was.
I explained I'd had no followup on my enquiry, he was very helpful and offered me a small discount, which I was happy to accept. Unfortunately they didn't make it clear that they were not going to start the print without receiving payment in advance. Previously I have had print jobs done at short notice and paid by invoice after receipt of the goods. This wouldn't have been a problem but it was not made clear at all.
After a week of no communication, I chased and understood the issue. Paid by card over the phone and was promised same day delivery (the sheets were now urgently needed for an event, which had been a month away at the time of my original enquiry).
It's now two days since that promise and I've received an apology but no sheets.
