One hassle in configuring the set-up: the product is designed to work mainly with Lexmark printers, so the instructions for installation are less geared to help Fujifilm printer owners.

all good, and delivery timeliness as expected

The compatible toner cartridge they supplied for my new Brother printer was not recognised by the printer, so would not work. I called Printzone and explained my problem. I was told this problem is not uncommon with the new printers, due to Brother trying to get people to use only genuine toner cartridges. Printzone immediately sent me a replacement cartridge free of charge. After some fiddling I was able to get this second cartridge to work. Could not fault Printzone's cheerful and helpful Customer Service. I will definitely use their services in the future.
