Love my new ride! We live in the FL panhandle. The sealed gears are perfect for the salty air we experience. The belt drive is also amazing and avoids us having a rusty chain. The bike was easy to assemble and is well-made.

The Priority 8 is light, smooth, and quiet.

I had a great experience when I needed assistance. My email was answered quickly and the person was very knowledgeable. The problem was solved with ease.

There was a problem with the packaging, Daryl Rogers head of customer service called me right away to rectify the problem. Priority Bikes is a good company to purchase from. My next bike will be from them. They care about there customers 5 stars all day long.

Purchased a Current Plus and an eCoast in Nov 25. Both bikes are solidly built and I like most of the features. Telephone support has been great. I would purchase from them again. Only reason for not getting 5 stars are weak brake lights on the eCoast, a battery design on the Current Plus that makes it a challenge to remove and re-insert and a battery indicator that went from 3 out of 10 bars to dead with a tap of the throttle (to be honest, I haven't contacted Priority about this to ensure there isn't an easy fix). Still great bikes for the money.

UPDATE: Received a call from Priority Bicycle today, (24 hours after posting the above review). They wanted to better understand my battery issue and to assure me that they would help me get everything resolved. Remember, I haven’t even gotten a chance to call them about this issue and they are reaching out to me to get the problem diagnosed and solved. Hard to beat this level of service! I’m changing my star rating from 4 to 5 because of this unparalleled level of service and the confidence I have in Priority taking care of me. The other minor issues mentioned in my review were nits compared to having a company that stands behind their products.

Fast delivery, impeccably packaged. Very nice

Delivery was fast, and not a scratch on the bike (amazed at that). Assembly was straight forward, and when I reached out to support for an unrelated question, they were incredibly fast to respond. If I had any sort of "gripe" it would be that I would like to see all bike replacement parts available for purchase (rims, replacement motors etc.) and while the LCD display is super readable, a phone app with a dashboard would be cool.

I was a little hesitant to buy a bike across the country but the team at Priority made the entire process smooth and very professional. I had to contact them to resolve a few minor issues with the bike after setup and they were there to answer all my questions, provide video support (to help make it easier) as well as email support. Perfect! We'll happily buy from Priority again in the future.

I've been wanting a Brilliant Bicycle for years now, even before Priority took over the brand. Priority was incredibly helpful in using my gift cards to purchase the bike of my choice and even canceled an order when I messed up.

The bike itself is great! I can take it for 10-15 mile rides for fun or just head to the grocery story or sandwich shop.

While it didn't apply to me, seeing that it is possible to use FSA/HSA funds to purchase Priority bikes as well just makes it even better!

Amazing customer service. products that are very reasonably well priced and designed to last. Have been buying bicycles from them for the last 10 years. Would not buy bicycles from anywhere else

Even tho I was not making a warrenty claim there was no charge for the part I broke.

Priority has provided me with exceptional products and service from the moment I placed my first order. My bike (Apollo Gravel) arrived on time, looks fantastic, and rides great. Priority was quick to respond when I mentioned a brake alignment issue due to shipping and they quickly coordinated service with a local shop and reimbursed my expense. Since then I've ordered a few (actually many) accessories from Priority and everything fits and looks great. I highly recommend Priority Bicycles.

Quality bikes and quality service. The Coast is just about perfect for the beach environment. The belt drive and aluminum frame + components tolerate sand and salt air well.

Well, despite a rocky start with my new bike, I ended up convinced that Priority is committed to great bikes and happy customers.

The motor died on my bike during the second ride. Customer support was immediately responsive, friendly, and professional. They ended up directing me to a technician who, after an unfortunate delay, was unable to fix the problem.

Eventually, they had their sister shop pick up the bike, fix it, and deliver it back to me. In addition, they removed the other technician from their registry to prevent this from happening to folks in the future.

You probably get a better sense of a company not when things go right, but when things go wrong. I'm grateful to how Priority handled this and happy to be back on the road!

I love my new bike. The electronic gear shift and gear box are incredible. The belt drive is smooth and seamless. There is no oil, grease or dirt on the drive chain, keeping the back of the car clean. The quality of manufacturing is excellent with great components like the carbon fork, disc brakes and carbon seat post. The bike is not the lightest, but neither am I. This is the last bike you will need to buy. It was not cheap but it is a great value. I love it.

The Gemini is a game changer. It’s fun to ride and very comfortable. I’m a big guy and the gear range allows me to keep up with the group. Highly recommend!
