And the bike performs nicely and a pleasure to ride. It is fast, light and nimble.

The priority marketing team failed to emphasize my favorite feature of the bike: it’s much quieter than chain driven bikes I’ve ridden. I commute daily through quiet neighborhoods and this feature enhances the experience. Most enjoyable ride I’ve had since childhood.

Enjoying the bike. Seems to get better every time I ride. So smooth. So quiet I needed to buy a bell so people could hear me coming. I think you should include a bell with the bike.🙂
Not really bike related. Only complaint could be that I have tried several bags to go on the Hudson rear rack I bought with the bike but they just don’t fit right. The pannier bag is good but sometimes my foot rubs it when I’m pedaling.

Thank you for all the great work you do. You have replaced both a battery and a charger for me under warranty. It is great that you stand behind your products. Not alot of companies do that anymore.

Priority is always very prompt and helpful whenever we are having any issues with our e-bikes.

Just had the bike about a week. So far seems to be a good all around bike.The titanium finish is beautiful. The gearbox is smooth.Luv the fact i dont have the extra maintenance. Little pricey but if it last as long as I do .I will be truly satisfied. Iam 72 by the way☺️

Great bike, excellent instructions for choosing size and for assembly. Delivered to the UK extremely quickly (just watch out for the import duty)! Very happy and would definitely recommend

Excellent service and great bikes

The ordering process was very easy, was able to find answers to all the question I had about the Priority Eight Bike I was looking at and eventually purchased. Delivery was very fast, I recieved my bike within two day of purchase. It was packaged very well, not damage at all, assembly was a breeze, no missing parts. I ended up purchasing some accessories for my bike and a new helmet for my wife from Priority, again, shipping was fast and nothing damaged. If you are considering purchasing from Priority, don't hesitate, a very solid company to do business with.

This is the greatest bike I've ever owned. Light-weight, holds two dogs and camera gear. An absolute beast!

Great service and placed a phone order when they online system wasn't taking my card. The representative seemed very attentive and happy to walk me through the order. Everything shipped on time. Only thing is the handle bar mirror was not very well packed and came out of the packaging during shipping so now there are scratches on it.

Ordered the Ace of Spades. Favorite bike I've ever had. Light, clean lines, easy maintenance, and perfect for speeding through city streets. Shipping was super fast too.
