I had a battery with less than 800 miles on it. I called tech support to see if there were any options other than replacing. I was told there was no option other than paying full boat for another battery. I bought a new battery and it works great but a battery issue should have more options than "get a new one".

Everything was great, and I love priority bicycles. This is my second one! The only thing was that the touch up paint was busted in shipping.

I think this is the best company I have ever dealt with. I had a small problem with the website: fixed immediately. I had questions about the bike assembly on a Saturday ( they are technically closed). I got a response within 10 minutes. Super helpful, friendly and a really cool bike to boot. What could be better?

The Priority Current is an excellent ebike.
I had poor performance from my bike for the first a year and a half of my ownership. Priority provided a replacement motor and that has changed everything . . . i am a big old guy living on top of a very long steep grade.
- previously, my ride home was very strenuous and just too unpleasant.
Now I ride it every day and barely break a sweat.

Occasionally I chat with them when I have a question, and they answer right away. Great informative videos about various bikes, which was very helpful and fun when picking a bike.

Priority was amazing to work with. They got back to me in a timely manner...even on the weekends!! They answered all my questions and worked with me to resolve my issue quickly. Great customer service!!

The Priority Coast 3-speed is the perfect beach bike for our oceanfront home. Other bikes rusted in a year. We have 4 Coast cruisers and just ordered our 5th. They all ride beautifully and have held up to the elements nicely. We love to go for group rides with our friends and family. Highly recommend these bikes!

Great experience with defect claim. Need not jump through hoops about order number/ registration etc. Just the email you ordered with and everything is seamless.

I really like that they prioritize features (internal gear hub, belt drive) that make it much easier to use and maintain their bikes.

There was an issue with the front disc brakes (rotor was not completely true) in a new bike that I purchased from them recently. They responded promptly and asked me to take the bike to a local bike shop, and they paid for the repair directly to the shop.

Extremely fast response to my query. Almost shocking as generally customer service is often lacking in most organizations.
Follow up on the order placed was very detailed with multiple updates. I was somewhat shocked how Priority provided so much information.
Final comment... Priority was great from query to delivery. Best customer service I ever received!!

After several issues Priority made it right. It took a while but they came through.

Bought a Spare Belt
No biggy, just needed a spare drive belt for my Apollo 11. Shipping cost is reasonable, part price is fair, and it was shipped out quickly after the order was placed. A good experience, all-around.

Very much enjoying the utility of my new Gemini. Been using it as an around town errand bike, gravel road, bike packing and even some mild single track.

Very happy with my bike and I feel it's a great value product. Clearly very well thought out design with all the right touches where it matters. I wanted to modify the gearing and customer service was extremely prompt and helpful. I highly recommend priority bikes.
