This has to be the easiest and most stress-free way of buying a car. No pushy sales people, only good and friendly advice from a team who want to get you the best car for your needs and budget. With an excellent to the door delivery service as well.

Excellent service. Mike was very helpful when we were choosing the right car for us, and came up with a couple of good options for us to make a decision. Then excellent communication and customer service the whole way through - even when we had a hold-up at our end! Car delivered in beautiful condition, and will absolutely use again for our next vehicle.

Without a doubt, the most straightforward way to buy a car, with people who are of integrity- they do what they say they will, and won’t rip you off or sell you a ‘turkey’.
Such a change from so many other car ‘dealers’. And they won’t raise your blood pressure either. We have used the team at Priory several times and will do again in the future.

I think I have already done this once for you? But again, I can say this is the second or third car I have had from Priory and once again I have an excellent car and an excellent deal. Nothing is too much trouble for Priory. They are most helpful and keep in touch all the way through. And my car, a Toyota Prius is the best I've ever purchased. My local garage said there was no way they could equal the deal. If you're buying a car - new or second hand - it's well worth your while getting in touch with Priory. I'm always suspicious of reviews when there are no negatives - the only one I can find was the delivery driver was five minutes late after a 300 mile journey - but he did ring to warn me!

I love using Priory for their fantastic customer service and great value. Mike is always extremely helpful, and the cars we have bought are always in top quality nick. I love having a car delivered to my doorstep, it's so convenient. There is never any pressure to buy, which is very refreshing. I will be back to buy my future cars from Priory.

I am very cagey about buying new (to me!) vehicles, and generally wait for my previous car to fall apart! However I had got to the point where the amount of work my old car needed was more that it was worth, so change had to com. I met Mike from Priory at an exhibition and was very impressed by his openness and enthusiasm, so logged the company away in my mind. A few months later I gave him a call and, literally within days, I had a new car! There were so many positives about the experience: I was given some money against my old car as a reduction on the price of the new one; the new car was delivered to my door (on a Sunday!!!) and the old one taken away; the delivery driver helped me to move my dog guard into the new car; the new car came to me taxed and MOT'd; the new car was spotless - as clean as showroom new, inside and out. Since delivery I've had a couple of queries which have been answered almost before I pressed 'send' on the email! Seriously, give them a try - I doubt that you'll get better service anywhere.

Prompt callback in response to my initial message; suitable car in the right price range identified quickly; payment handled easily and car delivered from Sheffield to London not only on the agreed date, but early (and spotlessly clean). Thoroughly professional.

My experience of buying a car from Priory Automotive has been a positive one throughout. I was given very helpful advice in the initial phone call about what sort of car would suit my needs and my budget. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition, and its features were clearly explained to me. My old car was taken away without my having to leave the house - brilliant! I would recommend this company unreservedly.

I needed advice when I was replacing my vehicle. I talked to Mike who suggested that a Vauxhall Meriva might suit my needs. I looked online and decided to proceed with his suggestion.
Since purchasing the car I have driven to Scotland and back (some 1200 miles) and am very happy with my choice. I would recommend Priory Automotive to anyone.

For the first time in my life, I feel compelled to write
an appreciation of service received.
I had visited over 30 websites looking to buy a car
(carefully sending each one an e-mail detailing my
requirements, which none of them replied to), a
friend strongly recommended Priory Automotive.
After visiting their website and e-mailing my
requirements, in a matter of hours, I received a
‘phone call from them.
I explained my limited budget and special needs,
(room for bulky musical equipment) and they set
about searching for a suitable car.
Not only did they find one, they even e-mailed me
pictures of the boot with a measure showing it
exceeded my needs by several inches!
The deal was quickly made. When the car arrived
(a journey of over 180 miles) it was immaculate within
and without.
I’ve never before experienced such patient and
helpful service. I can’t imagine I would ever go
anywhere else to buy a car.

We've now have had 3 cars from Priory and found them to be excellent in every way. We feel they are honest and helpful, and we will certainly use them again. We have recommended them to our family and friends.

The firm were not "pushy", and advised me on the pros and cons of diesel v petrol. When I had made my mind up, I went to look at other dealer's cars for guidance. Then when I rang Priory back, they sourced an almost new Zafira Energy, which has got enough gizzmos for me! There was a bit of a problem with a part-exchange car that I was doing for a charity, but they were quite OK to wait for this to be sorted. They also did the Road Tax for me, and all the documentation. The car arrived in immaculate condition (I think that the delivery driver had hid around the corner to give it a final clean!) .. We then went to pick up the exchange car. A missing locknut for the alloy wheels was quickly replaced at their cost. Very pleased !
