Arrived in a shocking condition. I sent photos to your customer service team. EXCELLENT response, Agreed with me they were an embarrassment to be sent out like that from a packaging firm. They issued some credit rewards, but it wasn’t about financial gain. Customer service was excellent. I will order again from you.

This is basically a A4 box and lid… we use for sending out out handmade baby clothes… it is great for posting as is the right size for small parcel….looks good and quality is better than I thought ….. and very good value for money … we are on our 3rd order already

Great boxes - well packed and easy to use with two parts (top and bottom) that slide together easily. Boxes can be recovered after use, collapsed flat and put away for reuse.
