PRO'S These boxes are great perfect for the items I sell. Priory are my 1st choice for packaging as I can rely on the quality every time . Fast delivery CON'S Unfortunately I can't say the same for the delivery couriers/company that Priory use, they don't know the difference between a House & a Bungalow!!! They left my delivery on the back step of an empty HOUSE!!

I’m really sorry to hear about the couriers letting us both down, this is certainly not the level of service we expect from our delivery couriers, and I completely understand your frustration.
Your delivery address clearly states that the property is a bungalow, not a house, so the driver should have followed the address details provided.
Leaving your delivery at the back of an house is clearly not acceptable. I will raise this with DPD so they can investigate what happened and ensure the driver is aware of the correct delivery address and instructions
