Label position does not match Royal Mail postage documents when postage is ordered online. I guess I chose the wrong product but I checked all the available information. Still useable, but misses the point.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with this product. It might be a case that they might have changed slightly but these should still be compatible. You might just need to adjust your margins.
The below information should help troubleshoot any issues you may have.
Feed paper end first for best handling (flip output 180 in printer settings if this isn’t the case automatically) and set the material to labels or card in the printer settings to ensure enough heat is applied for toner bonding on the front
If you are experiencing alignment issues ensure page scaling is turned off and adjust the margins on the output to get perfect alignment every time

It does what it needs to do. My only complaint is that with some of the labels, the detachable self-adhesive part, doesn't always peel away as they should do. But overall I am very happy and will order again. Top banana!
