Very disappointing experience and poor communication
My experience with this company was very disappointing. I did not receive the service that was promised, and communication was very poor. Messages and emails were either ignored or answered very late without any clear solution.
The information provided on the website was misleading, and I felt that my time was wasted. There was no proper customer support when I needed help. I expected a professional service, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The company really needs to improve transparency, customer communication, and overall service quality. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
