PrivateFly was amazingly easy to use and navigate made so by the various options and images provided.

The staff were brilliant to say the least. My hands were literally held throughout the process and their calls to ensure I was happy with my option and the emails to illustrate the procedure, step by step, was absolutely impressive and professionalism at it's best.

This was the first time I ever used PrivateFly as I wanted to us a British based company and I am totally sold and would not look any further with regards to Private Charter.

Excellent service, first time using a private jet and Private Fly were efficient and helpful in organising it quickly. Crew and aircraft were perfect.

Easy to book, very efficient follow up, does exactly what it says on the tin and first class service all the way. The ground staff at both ends were extremely helpful and our two pilots made the flight a pleasure. A very painless form of travel.

Chloe who handled the booking was very efficient from the get go and ensured our every need was catered for. The entire crew onboard were amazing, the pilot came and spoke to us before and after take off and our flight attendant always had a smile on her face - nothing was too much trouble. The only complaint was that the tap in the toilet on the return flight was broke, but it was noted by them immediately so hopefully that doesn't happen again.

I was very satisfied with the easy way to book and the service provided before and during the flight. Everything went very well👌

My wife and I were called to Spain to help her sister who was gravelly ill with terminal cancer. Both had a real desire to return to UK to be with family. After a few days it became obvious a commercial flight was not possible.
After a short search I found Private Fly. After making contact with Elliot and requesting a quote, I was quickly assisted and offered several aircraft at reasonable prices. We quickly made a decision and a date was fixed for our return. Our main concern was lifting a very immobile and ill lady onto and off of the aircraft. Staff at Alicante airport met us on arrival, fast tracked to the aircraft and we were ready for take off within 25 minutes. The staff were all very compassionate and helpful. The aircraft pilot and crew were amazing, helping us all of the way, offering their support throughout a smooth and trouble free flight. On landing the pilot went to confirm assistance. Our transport was allowed to come to the aircraft. The lady was lifted carefully lifted from the aircraft directly to the vehicle without stress or worry. Ground staff were amazing and very helpful. We could not have wanted a better result from all aspects. Thank you to Elliot who tracked our whole experience throughout and ensured all of our needs were met. Thank you to all involved, amazing. Five star plus service.

PrivateFly has been exceptional in giving is support in a very special international transport of 15 pets. They have been on our side from the moment we needed a quote for the flight, finding the proper plane for the task, preparing and reviewing all the documents and ensuring a smooth flight and arrival for both pets and owners. They have even welcomed us at arrival and gave some welcome packs with treats for the pets! Absolutely outstanding!

We needed a jet from LAX to Hamburg on short notice and PrivateFly’s flight executive George Bannister came up with the perfect aircraft, experienced, skilled and friendly crew and a flawless itinerary. All paperwork was correctly filed in advance, including our four legged son’s animal passport.

Flight from Dublin to London Biggin Hill Cessna 510 Mustang Tail Number: OE-FZC. Efficient and personal booking process with clear arrangements. Similarly flight was professional and efficient. Only observation being that it was a little impersonal I.e. no safety briefing or in flight query re coffee etc. As regular fliers not of concern to us as we are self sufficient anyway. Would happily repeat in future.

Excellent service, superb communication throughout. I would highly recommend & we will be using Private Fly again for sure.
