My experience with PrivateFly has been exceptional. From my initial enquiry to see if they could fly my parents back to the UK from Spain, during the current pandemic, to the moment my parents disembarked the plane at Stansted, they were always right there, available to answer any questions and keep me updated.
This company is extremely professional, very competent, easy to contact and correspond with, and they deliver exactly what they advertise, with no fuss.

Great communication from start to finish. Had to cancel due to covid but Luciano guided us through the process flawlessly and returned our deposit to us in the form of a future credit that we can use later.

During the recent times with very limited flight options caused by COVID-19, there was an unexpected need for me to find a private flight for a dear acquaintance and his wife. We received an offer for 3 aircraft within a few hours and the agreement was signed shortly. All our questions were answered with professionalism and in a very short time. We received details information regarding the whole process. Ground transportation was also provided so the passenger didn't have to worry about missing the flight.
On arrival at the departure airport the passengers received a warm welcome by the pilot himself and after arrival they had a safe landing in their home country. Both the passenger and myself are very pleased and satisfied with how our request was handled and finalized by PrivateFly. I sincerely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an alternative flight experience.
