Our experience with Privatelend was good and we would use them again. We found some of the process wasnt understood by a couple of the admin staff who had to review our paperwork. We used their referred lawyers who to begin with were dreadful. We ended up with a very lazy para legal but when I contacted Privatelend about this they went all out to resolve the matter. Definitely happy this is the company we chose.

They truly cam through in the crunch and the service both on the phone and the signing papers in person. Great service all around

Overall very happy with this service.
There was a misunderstanding at the beginning whereby I could not see my house appraisal even though I paid for it, but this was the result of a third-party appraisal company's policy, and I felt the appraisal was under-valued. However, Privateleand dealt with it as well as to be expected within their parameters. The other company dealt with it extremely bad and was unnecessarily rude. I would urge Privatelend not to deal with them. I thought their service was sub-standard. My home has been appraised for considerably more since then even in this down market. However, the rest of the service Privatelend provided was very good.

My mortgage experience was a nightmare was delayed for several reason almost lost my house because of them and ended up because of their delay and no response try and close on time. They ended up costing me more money then necessary would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

All the up front costs were never explained until almost the signing date

I have nothing but good reviews for privatelend.on the last day due to another lawyer my money was denied,it only took privatelend until the next morning to fix my lawyers screw ups and get my money back. Cheers again
