Never again! Stay away from this site!
On July 6th I ordered three items from privatesportshop. The two most expensive ones I never received: A smartwatch (22,68 euros) and a pair of wireless headphones (29,40 euros). I also paid over 12 euros for shipping. On the seller's website, it says both items were sent on the 19th, but the tracking info provided states it was sent as a letter on the 9th, but no updates were made afterwards.
I have contacted them about this 3 times and every time I got the same answer they think they were problems with shipping and are investigating the issue to get back to me. Now it's August, and they have yet to get back to me.
Not only is it disrespectful, it's deceiving and they are just keeping my money.
I deserve to be reimbursed for the items and the shipping, cause they never sent my package and I'm tired of waiting. They are quick to take your money, but stall as hell to give it back.
Their customer service is the worst, they just lead you on, don't resolve your problems and try their best to not give you your money back. Stay away from this site!
