The doctor was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in assisting me with my ailments. He contacted me with the results the next day and advised me of the next plan of action.
I was however informed when booking this appointment that my consultation would be an hour long and I was only with the doctor for at most 15mins. I was fortunate not to require further time, but other patients may well need a longer appointment.

Excellent
I had my daughters chickenpox vaccination with them. Good value compare to another private practice nearby and the doctor was excellent. It was over before she even knew the needle went in and didn't cry. I will be going back soon for the second dose.

Good service but made a mistake
The service was great when we called to make the appointment. However, arriving at the clinic, they said Prive Health hadn't sent our information and our appointment wasn't booked. Luckily the doctor had time to see us. Everything else was great but I was very disappointed with that.

Childs BCG
I contacted Prive health as wanted my son to have a BCG. They booked me in within a week, gave me all the information I needed about the vaccine and how it would affect my son. The Dr who saw us was lovely and put my son at ease, he barely noticed that he was having the injection.
I would recommend Prive health to anyone, extremely impressed

Wasn't happy with my experience here
The nurse immunizing my daughter wasn't very friendly or good with kids and now my daughter who normally is quite brave in medical environments has been scarred . Really poor answering phone service also . Complete waste of time .

Nurse didnt use cotton wool and antiseptic on my baby before and after the jab! He was bleeding and she didnt sanitise the area before injection. Not happy about this

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy, but we would like to offer you some reassurance that the procedure followed by our nurse was perfectly normal as per the guidance from the government's Green Book. Chapter 4 of the guide on immunisation procedures states that:
"If the skin is clean, no further cleaning is necessary. Only visibly dirty skin needs to be washed with soap and water.
It is not necessary to disinfect the skin. Studies have shown that cleaning the skin with isopropyl alcohol reduces the bacterial count, but there is evidence that disinfecting makes no difference to the incidence of bacterial complications
of injections (Del Mar et al., 2001; Sutton et al., 1999).
We pride ourselves on the experience of our clinicians and the excellence of the service they provide, and hope this puts your mind at rest that the proper procedure was followed.
