Once I reported the accident

Once I reported the accident, everything happened very quickly. The car was taken for repair and a hire car delivered. The repairs were quickly done and the car returned, followed by the hirr car being collected.

My insurance went up 40% this was…

My insurance went up 40% this was changed to a 20% increase but I thought that was excessive. We have two car insurances and a home insurance policy with you. My husbands insurance went down I don’t understand why mine went up so much and his went down???

I was very well looked after by the young lady who answered my call and did all that was necessary to transfer the policy to my name as my husband died eight months ago. She was most carful and efficient but this week I received two letters from you addressed to the executor of John Bent’s estate so your systems are not connecting and I am beginning to wonder if I have done the right thing. How reliable and trustworthy is a company whose record system is two weeks out of date
