Privolta is a SCAM

Privolta is a SCAM. I contacted the company before ordering from them to get a better idea whether it is scam or legit. I heard back and they assured me that they are an honest company so I ordered clothes from them. The Website has no place for reviews but they have the scam down to the tracking information. The package show tracking info stating that the package was delivered but I checked with the local USPS post office since USPS is the end-deliverer for ChinaPost packages. There never was a package with that tracking number in the USPS system yet the tracking provided by Privolta shows “delivered”. I tried to contact the company again and after writing to them five times I heard that they would check with their carrier. Since then I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund and there is no response for two weeks and nothing has been refunded. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Scammers

They claimed they sent my package and that it was delivered to my local post office, but it never arrived. The clerk said their tracking number wasn't a real tracking number, and this happens often with Chinese companies.
