I bought the newborn sensory box on a discount as could not justify paying £76. The maraca was missing as was, from what I could see on the advertisement, the play guide. I contacted customer services repeatedly. Their automated response said I would receive a reply within 24 hours. After nearly a week I’ve had zero response. This is very disappointing. I had not read the reviews (I wish I had) and it’s a tell tale sign when the comments for their posts on Facebook have been switched off. I would have said nice things about the product but poor customer service trumps everything.

Very pleased with the Sensory Box I purchased for my Grandson.
Had missing items but this was resolved by sending an email to customer services .

I wish I’d read the reviews to prepare myself. Still not received my order after weeks, I did get a reply to my customer service request but they blamed royalties Mail, despite them not being able to provide proof of postage or tracking. Ive waited another week and still no updates and now ignoring emails. I find that when companies honestly communicate that it’s a busy season and there may be a delay on orders, customers are understanding, and it can help them make the decision of if they are willing to wait. I think the biggest frustration with them is the lack of customer service with the delays, so I really hope they read these reviews, take on board the feedback and do better!!
Scam!!
Still not received my order and no reply after 3 emails!! I have now reached out to my credit card company to claim the money back. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!!

I regret not reading these reviews. I have a similar poor experience. As the wife of a small business owner, I suspect they are a small business unable to keep up with demand. If you’re happy to wait weeks for your product, days for reply to customer services queries, and receive your product in a damaged ungiftable condition then go ahead. Otherwise I would suggest to avoid.
Brilliant company with excellent customer service
Initially my order didn’t arrive but the customer service team, Rob in particular went out of their way to track the order with Royal Mail and ensure replacements were delivered with the 24 hour delivery service and also issued a full refund for the inconvenience. Absolutely excellent customer care. The items ordered and subsequently received were just as beautiful as advertised. Excellent company I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Although I did initially miss an item in the sensory box it was promptly delivered after sending an email to the team. I think this is a small team who run the business so replying to the probable hundreds of new customers daily is probably quite time consuming. I did see the other reviews about delays in delivery but still went ahead and gave it a leap of faith. I think it took just over a week to reach me but I’m quite a patient person. The build quality and variety of items is good but still quite expensive for what you get but my newborn has enjoyed use of all the items so I’m relatively happy with my purchase and I thank them for promptly sending the missing item.

Firstly the parcel did take quite a while to arrive, as allot of other customers have stated (not a big issue for me).
I purchased the newborn sensory box which I’m not really sure how they can justify charging £44 for as the items seem very inexpensive, and the fact that the website states that the box is usually charged at £76 seems ludicrous,
I also received one item that was different to what was advertised (tummy time born was not included) instead I received a material square.
I also find that the wooden maraca seems quite unsafe, heavy and hard and my baby could quite easily hit himself in the head with it.
I love the concept of the sensory box but I think the price point is abit unfair for what’s included.

The package came 3 weeks after placing the order! No response from the support team after sending three emails on three different occasions. When the parcel finally arrived the set was incomplete with 2 items missing!
Sent an email requesting a refund or return information and am yet to receive a response but honestly not sure if I will considering the experience so far

Very disappointed with the quality of the items in the newborn sensory box. I was expecting a very high quality product as it is from a family run business and for the high price paid. The gift is for my newborn grandson and now I’m hoping that the return process is an easy one as he’s going to be here any day now. I have emailed as requested to begin the return and so fingers crossed the company will be quick in sorting this for me.
Terrible company
Waited two weeks for my order, when ordering it states 48 hours! The box has finally arrived but has items missing. Getting in touch with someone is almost impossible again states someone will be in touch within 24 hours which isn’t the case. Expensive, quality is poor and the customer service is shocking!

Poor customer service & product
Sadly a poorly run small business. Being a small business owner myself I feel very let down and wouldn't wish this service on anyone.
Took 11 days to arrive with a non-tracklable shipping option. Spoke with Rob in emails, and have had iffy customer service experience tbh.
Products are of poor quality for the money and not of gift-able condition to a new parent (family member)
Website states they will get back to you within 24 hours... 9 days later I finally have a return label.
Sadly very disappointing.

Excellent products and great service on all occasions.
As we have 8 grandchildren we have placed several orders with Priya & Peanut over the past 4 or 5 years and have always been really happy in fact delighted with both the quality of the designs, products and the overall service. As long as we are blessed with more grandchildren we will purchase gifts from this company and recommend them to all of our friends and family.
Very dissappointed with the quality
I received a few baby & early learning products and sadly was very disappointed. It seems to be a company that imitates other small business products but at a much lower quality and a much higher price.I would not recommend. I suspect made in China.
