The Customer service was second to none
Equipment fine but service atrocious. Difficult to get hold of and never call back as promised. Do not even bother replying to mails. Obviously a sales not service operation
Shocking service at pro-align.co.uk. So called garage diagnostic company based at Towcester. They carried out calibration testing / diagnostic testing for my garage. The lack of good service and the technicians knowledge was to say the least very poor in my opinon (R.Hunter) . We will not be booking this company back with regards our equipment. Better companies out there to do the work. Avoid. Look at Tecalemit, superior on all fronts.
