This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They sounded very good on the phone and came to my house one day to clear up the bed bugs in my house.
The guy arrived with the equipment and stayed for just one hour; he sprayed chemicals along the edge of the floorboards and along the bedframe.
Steamed my mattress- very quickly, not nearly long enough to kill the bugs.
They recommended me to take off the mattress cover and wash it on a hot wash, which I did because I was feeling so overwhelmed, and i ended up shrinking the cover. It could easily have just been steamed by the company.
They also recommended me to take everything out of the suitcase in my bathroom- all of that stuff had not been touched by the bugs and was actually fine, but now has got intermingled with the bug covered clothing.
In the end it was a waste of money; I still had the bugs afterwards, they even came back to do a second round and it did not clear them.
I have spent the past year putting down diatamaceous earth on the floor to clear the bugs, it is only just clearing up now and they are still in my clothes.
I would recommend finding a company who can fumigate your house and home, to spread the chemicals into all corners of the house.
It's a shame but they did not do a good job, it was quick and unprofessional.
