Avoid - fine till you need help

Avoid - fine until you need help or have questions. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and have taken the throw away comments from your advisor and made sure all in my 3 sports clubs and my online following are aware.

Avoid Like the Plague

Avoid Like the Plague – Scammers in Sports Caps

Buying from Pro Elite has been one of the most frustrating, misleading, and shady experiences I’ve had in years. I ordered the “Elite Pack” – a name that sounds impressive until you realise you’ve paid double the price of buying the items individually, only to be sent nearly expired stock.

Their Tongkat Ali expires in May 2025 – just over two months away – while the rest of the items expire in 2027. That’s not just a short shelf life – that’s dumping old stock on unsuspecting customers and dressing it up as a “deal.” Unless I planned to start chugging these things like espresso shots, it’s completely unusable.

When I contacted them, I was met with a single, dismissive sentence: “There’s enough time to consume 60 capsules.” Really? That’s the best they could come up with? How about: “We’re sorry we sent you nearly expired product at double the cost”? Not a shred of accountability, no refund, no replacement. Just vibes and excuses.

And if this is how they operate, how can you trust what’s even in these capsules? The fact they’re happy to offload expired stock and vanish behind a faceless website raises serious concerns about the contents. Are there fillers? Is it even pure Tongkat Ali? Or is it just rice flour and wishful thinking? Who’s testing this stuff? No one knows.

Want to contact them? Good luck. There’s no phone number, no email address, and no contact form anywhere on their website. The only way I found an email was by digging through the Shop app, like I was cracking a safe. That’s not bad luck — that’s intentional. They’re clearly making it difficult to be held accountable.

To add insult to injury, they told me I could return the product — at my own cost. So let me get this straight: they sell me old stock at a rip-off price, ignore my complaint, and then I’m expected to spend time and money posting it back? What a joke.

This company is a textbook case of a modern online scam:
• Hide your contact info
• Inflate your prices
• Dump expiring products
• Ghost your customers

I’ve made it clear: if I don’t receive a refund or a proper replacement, I’m raising this with my credit card provider. And this review? It’s just the beginning. I’ll be posting it on Google, Reddit, forums, blogs, wherever it takes to warn others. I wouldn’t trust these people to sell me a Tic Tac, let alone a supplement.

Pro Elite? More like Pro Expired, Pro Evasive, and Pro Exploitative.
Avoid like your health depends on it — because it just might.

I've been purchasing Organic Raw Wheat Grass from this company for a couple of years, only to find out that they are not certified by the Soil Association as being organic. I won't be purchasing again.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them; their products are harmful, dangerous, and unfit for human use. In short, I ordered a multivitamin from this seller, and both my friend and I had a serious allergic reaction. I contacted the seller by email, as stated on their website, but they ignored me. After following up, they asked for pictures as proof, which is unusual since I was simply requesting to return the product. Nevertheless, I complied and sent the pictures. The seller then claimed, like a doctor, that the reaction wasn’t caused by their product, even though it definitely was. I told them I still wanted to return the product, but they ignored me again. Despite further follow-ups, I received no response. This seller is disrespectful and a scammer.

I would strongly advise staying away from this company, as you might not get what you ordered, and the product may be highly under dosed.

I purchased the PROELITE Isolate and must say it’s the worst protein powder I’ve ever tried. As someone who has been a regular gym goer for 20 years, I’ve used a variety of protein powders, including milk, beef, and vegan options. I had family and gym friends taste this particular protein, and we all agree it seems like a pea, soy, or some other vegan protein blend being passed off as 'whey isolate.' It’s granular, mixes poorly, and tastes terrible. Additionally, you can see that it’s been bulked out with amino acids, leading me to believe that only a small amount is actually 'protein' a well known tactic in the industry called amino spiking.

When I contacted customer service via email, they were extremely slow to respond. They asked for the batch number, but I haven't heard back since. This was on the 25th June 2024.

Disgraceful company no care at all so…

Disgraceful company no care at all so the products must be of a poor standard too no response in emails brief one word replies and lost parcel, then denied any response or responsibility

Please be aware they are not a good company to deal with and the care they provide must reflect in the supply of supplements as if they are not as stated your product may actually harm you and they have no care in the world

Be warned spend your money with a better company which understands and accepts customer service issues

Shocking Customer Service

I had placed a number of orders from Pro Elite, which turned up on time, no issues. I should've taken note of the reviews about customer service when things do go wrong, because this time, it did for me.

So, through no initial fault of their own, Royal Mail misdelivered my parcel. The photo on the tracking was not my door. I emailed Pro Elite straight away, and they said they cannot issue a refund or replacement until they put in a claim. Okay, so I wait and wait. Nothing at all. I email again, nothing. Suddenly, there's an issue with their email inbox. I tried using different emails to write to them, but they all bounced. This is over 2 months later, and during Christmas.

Into the New Year, I try again, receive the bounced message, and then a reply to say the claim had been rejected, and whether I'd like to appeal. I said yes, and then once again, I waited. Heard nothing. I started to wonder if they were making this all up, as I've seen no evidence that a claim had actually been put in.

I tried again to ask for updates, and nothing. One final try in March 2024 (initial order in October 2023), to be told that my claim and appeal had been rejected by Royal Mail, and that apparently, the driver had turned up outside my door and posted it through the correct letter box. I can literally prove the door on the tracking is not my door, nor any door on my street. I have video and photos.

So you may read this and say it's Royal Mail's fault. Yes, but to wait 6 months for this to be sorted, and I'm actually doubtful if Pro Elite ever put in a claim, given how long and uncoordinated their responses were. Their emails never had a name of who actually wrote them, either.

So, 6 months later, I'm over £30 down, no products, and now I cannot risk ordering anymore products from Pro Elite. Their customer service were unresponsive and brief when they did reply.

I've worked in customer service, and was always told to resolve queries by a certain number of weeks. To allow this to drag on for 6 months is beyond shocking.

I would strongly advise any customer of Pro Elite to consider finding an alternative supplier for their supplements, even if you've had no issues to date. The day will come when there's a problem with your order, and you'll be left out of pocket, no products, and one of the most scarring customer service experiences.

Avoid - Product Not As Advertised & Rude Ignorant Customer Service

Bought Whey Protein which was advertised as Whey, received a totally different product blend of protein and site refused to refund or acknowledge the problem. I would not recommend and would avoid. Worst customer service experience I have ever had and would not trust the quality of their products

Flashy website, poor quality control

I ordered a number of items from this company. The delivery was fine however they had sent a mix of correct and incorrect items. I contacted the customer support who eventually got back to me and after explaining the issue more than once, they declined to either give me a refund or replace any items. Very flashy website, decent prices, dreadful customer service and quality control.
