Just OK
Here is my experience. I placed an order with this company but made a mistake, so just a couple of minutes later I contacted them through their contact form to cancel the order.
The next day I received an automated email saying my order is being shipped. So this time I tried to contact them through the phone number on their website, which is invalid, nice!
So I sent them second email, directly, (this time without using the form in case there is a bug) asking again to please cancel the order.
2 days later the order shows up just like clockwork, with very fast shipping curtsey of Amazon. I have not tried the product, as I do not need it, and do not trust to use it now.
It’s been 6 days now and still no one bothered to reply to any of my emails and the phone number is still invalid. Guess this company is doing so well it does not need to bother offering any support to the yokel spending their pound on the supplements.
Pathetic, by comparison during this time I also placed an order with british-supplements.net, and likewise also sent them a cancellation mail right away. They replied and stopped the order from being processed and refunded my money in full the very next day. Completely different experience, I would not have guessed it based on the way their website looked, but guess this company is a scam, as what respectable business would operate like this?

Edit: I did not receive any response initially from customer support, so I sent a third email to which they did eventually reply (cheers Marc!) and offered to help out so I think they are OK now, but I will still have to knock off a star for the first impression.

I am really sorry that your cancellation request could not be responded to before we dispatched your order. We have a large volume of customer requests every morning and unfortunately we cannot capture every request in time before dispatching orders that have been requested to be cancelled.
We dispatched your order inside the hour of our facility opening and I can see that your first email came in shortly after the order was placed just after midnight and then another one once the shipping label had been printed. Unfortunately we could not stop the shipment in time before the package had left our facility (we dispatch orders very fast each day). I have reached out to you inside your inbox to hopefully make this right by offer of returning your package and also I have offered some further compensation for this negative experience. I can reiterate that we do care about your custom and we are absolutely not a scam, hopefully you can give us the chance to make this right for you.

Get a proper courier company
Get a proper courier company. Paid over £100 on supplements and for express delivery only for the courier to not attempt to deliver it. Two days running. Absolutely pathetic.

DPD is usually our best courier option and we would class this as a proper courier company. We honour a free express delivery service for any orders that are over £100 and again we dispatched yours with the best courier we had available. I can see that two delivery attempts were made and unfortunately were unsuccessful on the 30th and on the 31st of December before the parcel was returned back to us due to too many failed delivery attempts. Beware of custom charges
Sent an email as my shipping was delayed and received a very quick and helpful response. Fantastic customer service so thank you but on top of my order I had to pay 22 euro on a 60 euro order for customs charges in Ireland making the purchase crazy expensive for the products ordered. nothing to with the company but something to be aware of!
