Ordered over 3 months ago, many phone calls and excuses later I still have no product. One man show, so no one ever gets a call back, they just wait longer and a are told to call him back over and over again without getting a real commitment on delivery. Time for a refund.
Stay away! The company contacted me almost 30 days after my purchase to let me know I had to pay additional shipping fees? I’ve been waiting for a package that I paid for for almost a month, they said everything was processed. I was then contacted almost 30 days later to tell me the item is in stock and ready to ship but I have to pay more! Like really? They couldn’t have told me last month that the one piece being shipped to Canada that’s costs $36.00 that’s weighs less than two pounds and is very small is going to cost $36.75 for shipping? It took them 27 days after I paid for the product to tell me this while I’m waiting to fix my door? What a bad operation. I expect that there are shipping costs when you buy something but it doesn’t take a month to provide that information after your purchase! Buyer beware!
