I can’t recommend Proactive Healthcare highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely exceptional.

Their website is incredibly well-designed, easy to navigate, and made finding exactly what I needed quick and stress-free. The ordering process was seamless, which was especially important as the item I purchased was something I urgently needed.

This may well be the best customer service I have ever received. First of all my vitamins arrived less than 24 hours after ordering them from Ireland to London with a lovely hand written note from Sarah. Also I received a freebie sachet called "Optimal Electrolyte" which I've never heard of but I look forward to trying it out.

Dreadful. I have not received the item I purchased. They refuse to refund me for non-delivery claiming my issue is with their courier company not them and as such I can probably claim compensation from the courier company, but it has nothing to do with them and that's their policy. I was given this information in a very non-polite manner. Claiming to be an Irish company they choose a UK-based courier to deliver to me in Tipperary! Buyer beware, all may not be what it seems on their website.

The reply given below is incorrect. I was refunded after I threatened legal action against a fraudulent company operating as an Irish company who refused to refund me for non-delivery to me. This is actually English and with no regard for customer service. The item may have been delivered somewhere, but it wasn't to me and they refuse to understand that! They cannot provide proof of delivery either. I find it difficult to believe that this company is legitimate!

Unfortunately because my first order went “rogue” with message advising “poor risk assessment” on my credit card and also “out of stock” despite the order having been accepted .. I then ordered 3 more (special offer) from another company. So now I am the proud owner of FOUR tubs of Megamag Calmeze as it transpires that my order with this company DID go through. So a messy transaction but I suppose all is well that ends well.
