I would definitely recommend pro audio!

I needed information about what to buy and how to set it up. The advice I got saved me a lot of money and works brilliantly.
Even when I wasn't sure about how to set things up, they were outstandingly helpful. Great after sales service, which is so unusual in this day and age.

We needed another replacement microphone for one of the church's radio mics. We had bought others in the past from Pro Audio. On this occasion I just did a repeat order an the next day it arrived. Couldn't have been simpler or quicker.

Following a very bad buying experience with a third-party seller on Amazon.co.uk, I found this company after a Google search; and I'm glad I did.

I ordered the item on the Tuesday and it swiftly arrived the next day.

I sent off a couple of query related e-mails to the sales dept and both were replied to within an hour, in a very helpful and courteous manner.

Not the usual experience one is resigned to, ‘What’s that mate, I don’t understand, I don’t know if we have what you want, I’ve never heard of it. Hold on, I’ll ask someone'... Bang as the phone hits the desk. Pause, longer pause, much longer pause, silence... Untold minutes pass in this way, until, ‘Sorry mate, no one else has heard of this thing you’re looking for either, so can’t help you. You could try Curry’s.

I would highly recommend buying goods from pro audio. Service was second to none.

Very pleased with them - they said it'd be a few days before it shipped, and then I got notification that it shipped within that time, it arrived very quickly the next day. It was well packaged - definitely not going to get bounced around or broken. The price was good too - can't say fairer than that!

I ordered goods on Monday and they arrived before lunchtime on Tuesday. How's that for good service?
