First off all I want to say now I'm a pain-free sciatica and I'm very happy 😊 After 12 years of back pain and discomfort and a lot of chiropractic sessions to diferent chiropractic Clinic's I fell again like a 👶 😇😇
After I been First time to Proback and I done the initial examination and X Ray I start to follow up the treatment recommended by the doctor was two tipes of tratament required for my recovery Spinal Decompression and Shockwave terapy this tratament is start in the same day of X Ray results. After a couple of sessions I start, I feel really good. My pain is gone, and I improve my movements and sleep.
I will continue my tratament to the end . I will definitely recommend it to the other's people in need to my family and friends.
The team is exceptionally helpful and treats the patient white respect and patience .
I want to add a special Thanks to Miss Melinda for her advice and help as well. she will always find space for my next appointments.

Like everyone who has gone through the pain of sciatica and lower back pain I was the one but honestly I was in bed for 10 days without being able to walk or move around.
My son was told by a professor in the university that ProBack in Victoria could be the best option for me.
Without exaggerating YES it was,that Saturday I would never forget,let alone that I walked the stairs after first session but that stress and anxiety I had,disappeared.
Arlind is one of the best people I have ever met including other members of staff,whom are very hard working and very well trained.
This review is not only about how ProBack has saved me from going through the very painful stages but they saved me from going to be operated and I can confirm to anyone who has the same issue that I had.

I have been a patient with Proback for nearly 5 years, having initially consulted with Chris during the pandemic to treat stress fractures in the lumbar region. After diagnostic tests, the problem was outlined and explained to me, followed by a treatment plan which included blocks of treatment followed by reviews. The relief and improvement was very fast with decompression and shockwave treatment and within the first 2-3 months, I had noticeably less pain and increased mobility. Over the years that I have seen Proback for maintenance treatment, I have recovered 95% of what my lower back used to feel like (in a healthy state) and can only thank Chris, Dipa and the wonderful practitioners, Abdul, Sneha, Kat, Damanie, Yohanis, along with the lovely receptionists during my time there, Melinda and Connie especially.

Dr Chris is fantastic! I went in with a torn knee ligament + am also hyper mobile in the knees (and in general),so he advised on Ozone therapy. I've only had two, but I'm already feeling so much better in terms of movement & a feeling of that area strengthening back up again. So glad I found this clinic.

I have suffered from really bad back pain and neck pain for two years thinking I will have to live with this. I had constant trapped nerves, loss of eye sight constant migraines ,numbness in my arms and much more. Since I have been coming to proback I have got my life back and I have none of these symptoms anymore. Having Hypermobility and a long history of injuries, tendinitis and orthopaedic surgeries I have tried everything from steroid/hyaluronic injections to acupuncture and alternatives therapies to manage pain. So it was with some skepticism that I decided to try prolotherapy and prolozone. Within 10 days of the first injections I felt a significant improvement and the results just keep getting better and better! Now doing other areas too. Very happy with result and the team are all so kind, friendly and caring.

I've been a patient at ProBack Clinic Victoria since 2022 after researching solutions for chronic back pain caused by poor posture and an old car accident that affected my neck and hip. From the first consultation with Dr. Chris, I knew I was in expert hands. My personalized plan included chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, decompression, laser treatments, and daily support techniques—plus physiotherapy exercises emailed to me for ongoing progress.

Over the past 18 months, I've seen steady healing and real results not just in pain relief, but in overall mobility and well-being. As a former pro basketball player and current international referee, I came in with a body full of old injuries. Prolozone injections with Mudasir and Chris have been especially helpful in reducing inflammation,scars and improving recovery.

The staff at ProBack are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I had to reschedule many times, and every interaction especially with Mrs. Deepa at the front desk was handled with promptness and genuine care. She treats everyone like family, and that warmth makes a huge difference in the healing journey.

One important reminder: healing takes time. Don’t expect decades of pain to disappear in one or two visits. With commitment, patience and support, though efforts , it is possible.

Chris is nothing short of amazing in looking after his clients. It's been a long road for me and I've suffered with chronic back pain after nearly dying during childbirth. Do not waste your time going elsewhere .. Proback are completely exceptional and offer the best treatments in my opinion on back pain. Take my advice as I have been around town looking for solutions. I'm so glad I've found them and would recommend them without any doubt.

Had an excellent experience after attending with acute back pain. The bonus of having X-rays done on site before and at the end of the treatment was a real winner to see the progress made. The treatment and support/advice through my programme was first class. Highly recommend

The back clinic did help me feel better than I used to. I did not fully recover but I now feel a little more flexible in the back and hips.

I have suffered from back pain for a number of years. The only thing that seemed to work was long-term rest, which was both frustrating and hard to sustain. I had a bad back for six months. After four months I went to Proback. I undertook four sessions of receiving Prolozone treatment after being advised by Dr Chris. Naturally I went away an researched it before I was given Prolozone treatment. I basically have been like an old man for 4-6 months, not even wanting to sit down. I now feel like a young man (which I am not!), and have got my enthusiasm for everything back. I must be honest and admit that I do not fully understand Prolozone, but trusted Dr Chris and in summary I think it livened up the considerable scar tissue in my many muscles and ligaments.

The Proback Victoria team are very lovely. Although it turned out that I had Fibromyalgia, the K-laser and shockwave therapy brought some relief to some unbearable focus points of my pain, when my hips would jam up and my shoulder was sore. They were very understanding and flexible when I messed up my appointment timings due to brain fog, always did the best they could do to accommodate and on occasion, made time to see me if I could drop in quickly. For a long time, their treatment kept me afloat and their kindness and sensitivity honestly brightened up my days. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't fix my underlying issue (which it couldn't have), but it definitely kept me going a bit longer and it's still a great solution to non-pharmaceutical pain relief. I visited Proback after experiencing lower back pain & shoulder issues. I found the service from start to finish professional, friendly and of high standards. The reception team were efficient and personable and made everything easy. The treatment team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, really getting to know my issue and making me feel reassured. After years of pain and decreasing mobility due to various injuries, I took my son’s advice and booked an appointment at Proback in Victoria. For 2 years prior to the appointment, I’d been unable to stand or walk for longer than 5-10 minutes without extreme pain. I tried regular visits to a chiropractor and had some relief after each visit, but it was usually short-lived.

After just 4 Shockwave treatments in 2 weeks at Proback I was able to stand and walk for much longer, and I’ve improved with each subsequent visit. I now have more mobility and less pain in my lower back, neck and painful right shoulder than I’ve had in decades – something I believed would never improve.

The absence of pain is allowing me to sleep better, I no longer wake up in pain at night when I turn over, and consequently I have more energy during the day. My mental health has improved – probably due to lack of pain and much-needed quality sleep, but also because I can now see light at the end of the tunnel.

In the space of just 6 weeks, I went from being unable to walk or stand for longer than 10 minutes (and thinking this was permanent), to spending nearly 9 hours on my feet during a day out, only sitting down for a minute here and there. I’m stunned to be honest and very happy, and I wish I’d gone months ago as I’d be all sorted by now. (I have about 10 weeks of treatment left and a plan of exercises).

(Previous issues include a slipped disc that resulted in scoliosis of the spine, degenerative disc disease in my neck and associated nerve pain, and same problem in my lower back. Tight muscles, weak muscles, pinched nerves, tendonitis and I’ve dislocated various joints over the years – all leading to a place of virtual immobility, constant pain and chronic headaches).

I have to say thank you to everyone at Proback - Dipa for always being encouraging, the reception staff for always being helpful. Special thanks to Damanie, Ophelia and the staff involved in administering the Shockwave treatment. Big thanks to Yohanis for treating my son and giving him much-needed relief from pain and immobility. If I hadn’t seen his results with my own eyes, I’d never have booked an appointment for myself. I’m now getting back mobility that I thought had gone for good due to my age and previous injuries.

I have had neck and shoulder pain for many years and the therapy I received from Proback instantly relieved my pain and I felt 50% better after the first day. Now after 4 sessions I feel 90% better. I highly recommend.

I’ve had a back problem for about 5 years now, just in the last year it got really bad I had pain even walking. I’d had previous treatment from a chiropractor and osteopath which helped but only eased the problem for a short period of time. I decided to give Proback a call as I wasn’t coping at all as I mentioned. From the get go they were fantastic. I had a consultation and X-ray and they could see the problems I was experiencing. Proback put a shockwave treatment in place following on with some exercises and all I can say is Wow! Wow! Wow 95% of my pain and discomfort has gone, I can walk , work and Surprisingly dance again .
