I am sorry that you are experiencing mixed results from our products. Often it can take a few days for the gut microbiome to adjust to the friendly bacteria. Any side effects usually subside after a few days but this can vary between individuals as our gut microbiomes are unique.
Our Head of Nutrition offers free 1:1 nutrition consultations in which she can offer advice and guidance on how to help manage constipation. It may be a case of making some small adjustments to your diet or lifestyle. You can schedule a call with Rebecca via https://calendly.com/rebecca_probio7 or email her at rebecca@probio7.com.
Alternatively, if your symptoms do not subside in the next couple of days or you are in too much discomfort we would recommend stopping the supplement and we can recommend some alternatives that may be more suitable.

The best probiotyk ever
I suffered from bloating and constipetion. The Probio leaflet came through the ketter box. I read it and decided to give it a try. I strat using Probio7 Advance 3weeks ago. After taking it for few days I’ve noticed that I don’t feel bloated and I empty my bowel every morning. I’ve been using a lot of different things before but nothing helped.
