First of all they had what I had been looking everywhere for - a baby weaning plate and utensils - so a good wide range of products. Second a calm and helpful member of staff who took me straight to the right area rather than just pointing. Friendly and helpful but to the point

Everything you need for the kitchen. Good SALE too. I bought a very nice dinner set matching glasses and table mats. The staff was really nice and polite, helped me with everything then let me leave it in their shop until following day when I came to collect it. The shop is conveniently located in the Bath city centre.

Friendly attentive service

I went into the Bath store to buy a set of Gourmet Classic set of 3 knives I had seen advertised on the internet. The assistant was very helpful in giving product information helping me make a decision. I am delighted with with the purchase as they are very sharp and efficient.

The assistant was very helpful as I couldn’t find what I wanted and given advice about the purchase. I bought a small pro cook knife and two glass dishes to fit into my air fryer. I always love looking around pro cook and must say their knives stay sharp for ages and all the staff are friendly.

I visited ProCook in Bath. I wanted a small frying pan, some chefs knives and some steak knives : I was shown what they had, and given extremely useful advice on the good or less good points about various different choices, which enabled me to choose exactly the right products for me. There was no hard sale, but courteous and very helpful 'after use ' care of the products advice, including the merits of handwashing the products ie although perfectly dishwasher safe, I was told WHY perhaps best to handwash... I came away with what I wanted and better educated in my culinary knowledge. It will be my 'go to' shop for anything a cook/chef requires.

I came in to buy things for my first house with my parents and I had a lovely man help me. He found me special tops for my salt and pepper grinders, helped me find bits and pieces I needed, advised me of deals/discounts, and was overall a wonderful help.
