Shop was well layed out, clean and tidy, when I asked questions about products we brought Server only re read from the box also I am disabled and the only help offered was to buy a large carrier bag to carry heavy box plus extra pan to make it easier for my partner to carry

Fabulous staff, so helpful, polite, a credit to your company. Have made many high value purchases in the past. This was for less than £10. 00 but they reserved it over the phone as it was the last one in Braintree. True old fashioned customer service. WELL DONE.

Was really happy with the service.we bought a set of knives the lady was extremely helpful and patient as we kept changing outlets minds. She was also knowledgeable about the products

I purchased 4 mugs which were in a box. Cashier opened box but clearly did not check properly as when I got home one of the cups was different. I live an hours drive from Braintree so not feasible to drive back any time soon. The matching three cups are very nice, just frustrating to also have an odd one.

We purchased a Dutch oven from pro cook and it does exactly what we wanted it to do .. great quality & price the staff in the Braintree outlet were very knowledgeable and helpful..

Store was very well laid out and staff were welcoming.
Products were of high quality.
Only criticism one of the products I had gone into purchase was not in stock and to order online incurs a delivery charge.
I feel you should be able to order in store and collect free of charge.

I have shopped at the Braintree shopping village branch a few times now. While I like having a browse around the store, you have some great stuff and staff have been helpful around the store the purchasing of items is a different matter. The location of the tills does not lend well to the layout of the store, queuing is not very easy and th n the staff seem to struggle to be very helpful and friendly. This could just be with how busy the store is and maybe the processes for putting your items through the till. Just not a very good end to the shopping experience after the rest of it is very good

Great customer service.
I was greeted with a smile and after listening to what I was looking for the sales Assistant took me to two different displays in the shop and explained the options she felt met the criteria I was looking for. I was served very quickly. I'm delighted with the product I purchased. I'll be visiting the shop again if I need items for my home.

Was looking for a replacement glass pan lid after I broke mine. I couldn’t find one, but a member of staff (I think her name was Ty?) listened to my rambling and imprecise description and was able to find one in the stock room which, when i got home, matched and fitted perfectly. 10/10, would come back.
