Bought 2 battery operated salt and pepper mills to replace one that had packed in. The assistant started to explain the operation and when I said we were buying to replace one, he checked the system and found that the original is still in its 2 yr guarantee period, so it will be going back and getting exchanged.

I went in unsure of what was best for me, the lady was extremely helpful and happy to give her time to explain how my item worked.

The staff were excellent, helpful, patient and it was good to see good old fashion customer service at it’s best so thank you.

I have some lovely cast casserole pots - beautiful colour. I bought a lovely star shaped cake tin and several Easter cookware and cutters- the cookware is a perfect size for my worktop small cooker- bargains in sale too! Staff very pleasant but professional!

Faulty Stone Bake Trays, ignored email and gave me wrong trays multiple times

I purchased a set of Stoneware Oven Dishes from this shop and was extremely disappointed. Upon returning home, I found all the trays mixed up in different colours instead of a complete set. I returned the faulty trays after three days and they assured me the correct colour was the one I wanted.
However, when I checked it out, I discovered I had received the same trays but in a worse condition. I had also received a plastic tray instead of the stoneware. Despite this, I gave them another chance and changed the trays for a different set.
This time, I explained how upset and distressed I was about the situation. They finally gave me an actual set and showed me all the trays. While I was happy with the outcome, I’m still concerned about the quality of the dishes. One has already snapped in half and another is following suit. I’m debating whether they’re actually stoneware or poor-quality glass or clay.

Around a week ago I sent you an email but you haven’t responded. I’m not happy about this terrible customer service and it shows how little you care about your customers. I’ve already mentioned I went there three times but living 33 miles away from ProCook Bridgend makes it a lot of money to go back and forth.

Great prices, good quality items, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
