I recently changed to an induction hob and needed new pans. Libby came to assist me as soon as I walked into the shop. She answered all my queries in a friendly manner, offered advice on the different Procook range of pans, and how they should be used. I bought a professional stainless steel frying pan with confidence and have been very pleased with it so far. I will be returning to buy more in the near future.

Really good quality pan insert for…
Really good quality pan insert for poaching eggs. The surface and coating of the small dish inserts means that only the smallest amount of spray oil is required to ensure that the eggs don't stick. The product is easy to clean and store and I would definitely recommend this product

Replacement saucepan
I needed a replacement saucepan. I was able to buy just the one size I wanted, although sets were available. Other shops were only selling sets. The shop assistant was approachable and very helpful.
