The colleague serving was coughing into…
The colleague serving was coughing into her hands and she didn’t apply any hand sanitizer after - she continued to touch my products. Her tone was off from the outset I suspect this was due to a glass i’d left elsewhere which I only did as I wanted to show it to my friend and after that I would’ve returned it. Just not the best customer service.

We went in to look for a knife set
We went in to look for a knife set. We were very overwhelmed by choice but ended up being helped by a member of staff called Katie. Katie was amazing she was so knowledgeable and friendly.
