Great service
The bottom came off my new saucepan. Couldn't have been nicer in the shop, got a replacement straight away. They had never seen anything like it, so just one of those things.

Staff are amazing really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was made to feel welcome and any questions were answered and advice given on what might be best for me. At no point was I guided towards more expensive items which is a nice change from other places I've been. Will definitely be back. I Highly recommend procook to anyone

I have brought lots of my pans and knives from Pro cook always had good products. The only item which disapointed was an induction plate. The label did not peel off and soon look awlful after limited use. Use Gretna store staff always helpful
