They are an excellent company myself and my husband use whenever we pop into Gretna. We have never had a problem if we had to exchange anything. The staff are great and always very friendly so the service is excellent as well. It’s one of these shops where you just can’t come of out without buying something.

Great service
The bottom came off my new saucepan. Couldn't have been nicer in the shop, got a replacement straight away. They had never seen anything like it, so just one of those things.

Staff are amazing really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was made to feel welcome and any questions were answered and advice given on what might be best for me. At no point was I guided towards more expensive items which is a nice change from other places I've been. Will definitely be back. I Highly recommend procook to anyone
