Carving knife
Your store on Metrocentre Gateshead is really nice and welcoming.The range is amazing.We have needed a really good carving knife for a while.
We got one to suit our pocket.

Bought a cafetière in November’25 which…
Bought a cafetière in November’25 which developed a hissing sound and seemed to have water between the inner and outer layers, also bought a granite roasting tray which was beginning to shed its coating.
Staff at he metrocentre replaced both items under guarantee without question. I have shopped at Procook for many years and always received excellent servive

Great Service
Member of staff approached me after i had entered shop and had enough time to look for the product i wanted myself unsuccessfully and helped me find what i was looking for quickly. Straight to the checkout and sorted, Great service and the shop has a very good selection of products.
