I like being able to buy decent products at an acceptable price.
I like to buy equipment that, for example baking trays, that are a bit heavier, decent pots and pans. Pro Cook fulfilled that need. The staff are always helpful. I'm sorry that the Teesside Park branch is closing. I'll miss it a lot.

Procook is my best Kitchen Assistant
The Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The prices were super ok for beautiful products. Most utensils in my kitchen are from Pro cook and they are lovely.

Lovely Shop
Lovely shop with a good range of products. Staff member was very helpful & friendly. She helped me find just what I was looking for.
The item I bought had a year’s warranty & I had to give my email address for that. I would rather not do that, why can’t a paper receipt suffice? Of course I am now on their mailing list, which I didn’t agree to, hence 4 stars rather than 5.
