Easy to order online, very good delivery to pick up point. Brilliant product.
Slightly surprised at the size of the box and a lot of packaging, but all recyclable.

Induction converter plate.
Bought the Induction converter plate. Works well. Great idea. Ok price. But the sticky label is horrible to get off. Impossible. Use the plate and it smokes and gives off a horrible burning smell. Procook need to remove the label.

The customer service we received was excellent. I didn’t have to look for a member of staff and ask for help, the assistant approached us. She listened to my requirements and came up with options. Offers were discussed with us, we weren’t rushed and overall it was a refreshing and positive shopping experience - well done and keep it up

Great variety
