On this occasion I added to my cutlery collection. No problem finding the product. I also found a cutlery set for my grandson featuring a giraffe. Staff were pleasant and courteous.
We needed to replace a couple of pans. Knew the sizes we needed, so many different types to choose from; the sales person explained the differences and we bought a couple of pans.

Lovely staff at the York store. Very helpful and they pointed out a promotion which I hadn't noticed, despite it being in front of me! It encouraged me to spend more but with the extra discount I was very happy.
