Ordered a kitchen was then told it may…

Ordered a kitchen was then told it may take more than 12 weeks when we were promised a fast turn around we paid $600.00 for Kitchen 3d drawings which were totally not what we wanted.
We then asked for our funds back as we wernt happy with time frames given & was sure more issues were gonna arise.
We were quite bluntly told that we will not get our funds back & as its China there is nothing we can do.
We have now gone to Wren kitchens ordered and paid & will get our Kitchen in 3 weeks.

I would suggest all not to go near this company as they promise much but once they take your money they really couldnt care less
