Replacement arrived 18/12/2025 when I have already left for 3 weeks of holiday

Seller lost the package yet wants me to pay for it - offers refund that is only a fraction of the price of the product I paid.
Now I have a defective product and loss of money.
Think twice if you order from Europe!

The seller wrote on 16/01/2026:
“… this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. (…) If you would like a refund,we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. So we can refund you 15.72/euros.”
My answer on 16/01/2026:
“I am sorry to hear this, especially that the product will not be returned to you. What will happen to it? I believe that I am not responsible for this loss. The item should have been returned to you. The shipping address was correct.”
