Bought quite expensive tip trailer 3…

Bought quite expensive tip trailer 3 years ago, hydraulic cylinder already leaking , not much been using tip option and it needs repairing. Called to customer service asked about warranty, they told its only two years.
Be carefully when you buying from here.

My opinion is only about quality for this trailer, on my prospective brand new trailer should last more then 2.5 years without repairing, im talking especially about hydraulic part when wasn't been used daily.
Im Understand your policy " two years guaranty" but as customer i have right to notify others about possible poor quality product.

Hi Mindaugas,
As with all other products you can buy, we cannot be held responsible for repairs once the warranty has expired, regardless of how expensive the product was. I don't think you'll find any company willing to do that.

We are always happy to help find solutions and ensure repairs/spare parts, but when the warranty has expired, we cannot do it free of charge.

tragedy

tragedy, pathetic customer service, contact with anyone responsible for delivering the trailer is downright impossible. 1-2 days for delivery hahah...
I placed the order on July 5, 2024 and it's already July 17, 2024 and I still haven't received the trailer
I do not recommend this company!

I can't find any information about your order in our system, so please send your details to our email at info@prof-shoppen.dk.

We specifically did not promise delivery within 1-2 days, especially not for trailers. The 1-2 days timeframe applies only if the trailer is in stock and being picked up from the department where it is available.

As I mentioned, I can't see which delivery option you chose, but it's very clear how many days it can take. If it’s budget shipping, it can take between 1-14 days.

We have tried to make everything as transparent and clear as possible on our website, including whether the trailer is in stock at a given department and how long it can take, especially if the trailer is not in stock at the department from which it needs to be picked up/shipped. However, information can sometimes be interpreted differently.

I suggest you email our info address to get direct contact with the department where you ordered the trailer.
