Excellent service, the heating element stopped working on my ETI hairdryer. Contacted PHS who gave me a rough quote without inspecting the unit first. I sent it off and within a couple of days was contacted by PHS who confirmed the quote, plus p&p for return, made the payment, and my dryer was returned a few days later, well packaged and back in working order. So super pleased with the overall service of this company
After no response from the manufacturer - ETI. I decided to contact this company (Professional Hairdryer Services) on the off chance, about purchasing a spare part to keep my hair dryer operational. Had a very quick response saying the part was available and the associated costing. So I made payment and the item was then delivered within a couple of days. I'm very happy that a business like this exists, in today's throw away society.
