I am so impressed with the level of service at Professional Supplement Center. Finding a reliable source for professional-grade supplements can be a challenge, but their team is incredibly nice and went out of their way to be helpful with my order. My supplements arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It’s rare to find such effective customer service and efficient delivery these days—a truly professional experience from start to finish!

Extremely bad, all round, waited 2 for my supplements, got returned by UK Customs, it’s been a month stating the supplements have not arrived, l’m gonna go though my Creditors now, to get my money back from them!

I tried placing an order online about 8x and it wouldn’t go through. So I found the items elsewhere. Later I saw an email the order went through. I messaged to cancel it and explained what happened. Today I got a msg that a shipping label was created. I called and said what happened and I cancelled it and to make sure and not ship it. She said they can’t do that and I have to then return it. It’s their problem and I need to return it. Our drivers do not come to our property everything is left on a main road with other mailboxes and I’m not going there to wait for it to tell them to return it. They act like it’s my problem so my inconvenience. Their site didn’t work and now I need to call my credit card company and see if they charged my card 8x too..so much for Professional..should be called UNprofessional…

I only ordered lithium orotate. Took 240mg/day for 2 months. My blood had no detectable lithium in it So it was under the healthy range.

People! Keep away from this company. Piece of s*it scammer. I just picked up my package from Post office and I had to pay second time for shipment. They don't take your full name+ suit number with the order so is easy to lose your package. Not honest with people. I order just vitam C and thank God🙏🏻 I wait first for that order before I was willing to buy something else. Never gonna happen. Shame on you cheaters!!

Worst company ever!! Avoid at any costs!! After your parcel will get deliverred you will receive additional e-mail stating that you have to pay additional fee. You do not have a control of the fees, so they can charge what ever they wish. I was charge an extra $80.33 on $280 purchase..If you will try to return the parcel they will charhe you 20% for restocking plus shipping costs.. such a rip off!! They company and their policy is so dodge that it feels like a robbery..a
