What a service in Ribe
What a service in Ribe. Took all the time what she needed for me. Super advice and of course it s a sales trick but on the end nobody works for free even it was a free eye check. STRONGLY recommended!!

Do not trust them
Do not trust them. They are untrustworthy and threatening. I would never in my life ever shop with them again. Paper wasn't gone correctly on their part and so monthly money wasn't transferred over. They called me 9 months after with the failure. If there is any other shop that sells glasses go to them.

It's a hassle to get glasses fixed
Lindberg glasses I bought in Frankfurt, has one part fallen. I contacted Lindberg office and they told me to go to these represent shops.
I have been to 3 branches of profil Optik as they gave me different informations.
1. I went to the one on Købmagergade. He asked for receipt but I don't have it anymore as I have been told that the number stated on the glasses arm is enough. He said it has 2 yrs warranty which I found later that it has 3 yrs. He told me that it might cause some money to fix as it not in warranty.
2. I tried Profil Optik on Torvegade, he seems to be helpful when we start talking. He said he didn't have thar part that missing in store. He can ordered it but it will take many days so he told me to find it at other shops nearby. When I went back to the shop again because noone has that missing part in the shop, he just said he can't order it as I don't has the receipt. It can be stolen. "What!" how can you said this to the client?!?! and he told me to contact the shop I bought in Germany and Lindberg office myself. Besides, he thinks that the glass frame is broken and to fix is expensive so he recommended to buy a new glasses instead. He didn't want to help at all. I'm very disappointed.
3. So I went on the one on Amagerbrogade which is the most helpful one. She called the main office to check my warranty and within a minute she gave me an answer that the glasses can be fixed for free. I just wonder why other shops wouldn't do the same? At the end they just sent my glasses to fix the missing part and I got it back within 4 working days. Thank you again for a good service here.
After all the hassles, I don't know what is a service standard here. You just have to find the right person to talk to :/
