Worth using.
This is the second time I have bought this. It helps with my dogs skin as they are prone to allergies. Much improved skin since using this, although I have also changed to a grain free diet, so it is probably a combination.

very disappointing
My dog unfortunately will not touch his food with Proflax on, not sure why and no matter how much I shake the bottle it’s just oil, thought in contained herbs, very disappointed £16 wasted, not saying it doesn’t work for some dogs but not for ours

Hi and thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the product that you have purchased. The active herbs are mixed in with the flaxseed oil and are in a liquid extract form so wont be visible i.e. bits of herbs floating in the mixture.
We have 99% of customers - and dogs! - who are delighted with the taste and results that Proflax gives but as you are not then we would be happy to refund the price of the product upon it's return to us. Please email info@proflax.co.uk with details on how to do this.

I love the product but I absolutely…
I love the product but I absolutely HATE the packaging! You lose so much product overall and it’s just so messy! I use a syringe to measure out for my dogs but even this doesn’t stop the oil getting everywhere! You’re supposed to ‘shake well’ before use which just results in oil all around the top before you’ve even used it. Please sort the packaging out because I really like the oils. Being a behaviourist, I want to try all of them and also recommend them to clients but the packaging puts me off doing this.
