Ordered and waited 2 weeks with no contact from them. Asked for tracking g and was ignored twice. Had to escalate it with PayPal and only then I got a reply that it would be on backorder for another 2 weeks! Don't bother, complete time wasters. I wouldn't want to have to deal with them if I had faulty goods!
Avoid this company at all cost.
Was told (and paid for) next day delivery.
Nothing received.Was then told would be sent following day and would receive before 10am still nothing.
Tried calling waited for an hour listening to a recorded message how great the company was.......nobody answered.
Sent three messages one via website,one via live chat (which was useless) and one via email.
By a miracle within 5 minutes if sending the three messages I received an email with a new tracking details which I completely ignore as just think it's another load of nonsense.
I'm now reporting the company to be able to get a refund from my bank.
Once again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
